      Hi,
      I had created an agent and assign the Administrator role, when I amend the agent to Agent role but the list still show that Agent as Administrator.

        I have also checked but here this type of issue is not created in uvdesk v1.0.18.
        You can check it here. you are following these steps.

        Can you please more detail on what steps you are following for agent creation?

            I am using the v1.0.18. Believe this is the latest stable version.
