Solved Scrollbar Width - Ticket Screen

How can I change the ticket screen scrollbar width? At 6px, it's too narrow to accurately hit.

You need to remove some CSS for the same.

Locate path in your project:
vendor/uvdesk/core-framework/Resources/views/ticket.html.twig

Open ticket.html.twig and remove these lines (312-320) from here.

And you will see thick scrollbar.
