i'm testing the uvdesk and i need some help about the SLA app.
How can apply the SLA agreement only for some costumers and others costumers not?

Hi @ton77 , welcome in the UVdesk forum.
Unfortunately SLA are not supported at the moment, you can monitor and comment the feature request here:

@ton77 thanks for the answer and for the screenshot.
This component seems the SLA "not supported".

In my self hosted UVdesk if I go under APP I see all empty so we need understand if this component can be installed in UVdesk self-hosted and if is compatible with the latest UVdesk version.

Are you using the self-hosted opensource solution?

Maybe using different department with different SLA ?!

@peopleinside i use a demo on the uvdesk site, for tests. This is my first time with uvdesk, and i see this section with app, and i trying to understand how works.

Don't be confuse between our two product and both are different.
There are two variant of UVdesk.

UVDesk SAAS (Which is subscription based and paid also hosted on our server).
Uvdesk opensource (Free and you can host on your server).

Uvdesk opensource is not currently available with this APP.

@Sanjeev thank you as opensource has app section, that will be amazing, it's easy to confuse. Hope in future some apps can be implemented.
For now I like SLA and the feedback apps.

You are using trial version of UVdesk SAAS which will be for 1 month after this you need to purchase a plan.

Ok. I understand now.
I will install the uvdesk on my computer to procced the tests (i'm interesting in uvdesk opensource).

As you know to developing SLA application is very much time taking task for opensource but will surely add customer feedback section in near future.
