Is it mandatory to use SMTP ?



  • Hi there,
    We'd like to use Uvdesk system internally only, and we don't need customers to be notified by UVdesk. Tried to disable Swiftmail ==> disabled Mailbox completely.
    is there a way to only use fetching emails and convert without noticing customers.
    we are still under tests, and we'd like to test prod support mailing list, but we don't need customers to receives emails from uvdesk untill at the moment.

    You can disable it from workflow section.
    You need to remove action for mail to customer in ticket create workflow.

    I hope it will help you to achieve the same.
