File name not show when hover over the attached files in ticket at customer panel

Steps to Reproduce :
Generate ticket by attaching file from knowledgebase
Check attachment name in ticket will not shown
Bug : File name will showing when hover over the attachments.

Working fine in 1.0.11 version.
