Solved Partners and their customers setup

Hi!

Is it possible to have a layered setup, like this:

A main entity

• its customers
• partner 1
  • first partner's customers
• partner 2
  • second partner's customers
• etc.

I see that there are teams and groups that allow to have partners managed as groups, but I don't see how to assign customers to the groups?

You can not group customers here.

But yes you can make groups of agents.
And assigned the customer ticket to a particular agent or a group based on some condition in workflow.
