Regarding the deletion of all "trashed" tickets in on go -
we found a workaround for the issue - deleting the trashed tickets directly from the DB.

regarding the listing of more than 15 tickets in a page - we are currently working on it and trying to find the correct $limit settings in the source code.

i am looking for a way to increase the number of tickets displayed at the ticket page from 15 to 100.

is there any file or parameter i can change and adjust ?

furthermore -
is there a way to delete in one go all the "trashed" tickets in the "trashed" tab?
