Unsolved Fetch API of ticket according to customer

on github the present fetch API of ticket is not working according customer it is fetching all the tickets whether a customer exists or not i want proper api in which if i pass customer email only that tickets comes which that customer has created

As on github of uvdesk in api bundle the fetch api to get tickets provide me with all the ticket present on my helpdesk i want tickets according to customer or agent api -
