As on github of uvdesk in api bundle the fetch api to get tickets provide me with all the ticket present on my helpdesk i want tickets according to customer or agent api

in fetch ticket api all the tickets are getting extracted but i want api in which if i pass customer email only that tickets come

on github the present fetch API of ticket is not working according customer it is fetching all the tickets whether a customer exists or not i want proper api in which if i pass customer email only that tickets comes which that customer has created
