I have admin access to db how can i change/reset password?

I want the ordinary users could view some statistic live-data from uvdesk - i.e. qty of open tickets, the qty of closed tickets as well and I want to show the topics/ (subjects) of all tickets using paginator. Can I achieve it?

Uvdesk seems to be a robust solution. Just installed, I want to switch from dev
(default) to prod environment.How can I do that? Do I need make some optimizations and kind of that?Lookk for a guide or tutorial.
