Hi there,
We'd like to use Uvdesk system internally only, and we don't need customers to be notified by UVdesk. Tried to disable Swiftmail ==> disabled Mailbox completely.
is there a way to only use fetching emails and convert without noticing customers.
we are still under tests, and we'd like to test prod support mailing list, but we don't need customers to receives emails from uvdesk untill at the moment.

@peopleinside , thanks for your reply, just to make sure how to start the server correctly, I'm going to <uvdesk_directory> and apply php bin/console server:start gives me a message : OK Server listening on http://127.0.0.1:8002.

Is it the right way to do it ? thanks

no, seems that UVdesk is listening only on 127.0.0.1:8002 :

Hi, Just installed UVdesk on Debian server and seems reachable only on localhost: 127.0.0.1, mean that I'm not able to reach it using IP address through the LAN.
Any advice or config change ?
