Ok - so the fix looks quite simple:

1. Open /vendor/uvdesk/support-center-bundle/Resources/views/Templates/tinyMCE.html.twig file
2. There is a tinyMCE configuration parameter invalid_elements - remove iframe from the comma separated list.
