Hello, good afternoon,
I have some doubts/questions.
I am currently testing UVDesk's open source system and I have found 2 possible errors (I don't know if these options are not for open source).The first problem I encountered was in the workflows.
Selecting a workflow as a condition of either "type" or "status" throws me a 500 error.The second problem I found is in the agents section, when I want to delete an agent it also keeps giving me a 500 error.
In the workflow problem, it tells me that the TicketStatus class does not exist.
In the agents I have not found to find the problem.
Could you guide me if this is because you have to buy a plan or something please.
