In the installation, I'm struck from the past 3hrs it's still installing only. Can anyone help me to resolve this?

I struck in the Installation step. Even though remaining all steps are cleared in installation, I'm struck from the past 3 to 4 hrs. Even though I waited for a 3 hrs installation is not completed. Can you guys help me to resolve the issue?
