Unsolved Integrating UVDesk with Third Party App - Emmanuel Katto

Hi All, I am Emmanuel Katto. I'm looking to integrate UVdesk with a third-party service like Zapier and Integromat. but I'm not sure where to start. Can someone share their experience with integrating UVdesk with these services, and provide any tips or resources on how to get started?

The support on the forum and on GitHub for UVdesk open source seems has been stopped.
Also the open source project is no more updated for now so can have security issues.
