Unsolved Error while using Refresh command

hello there
when i use
php bin/console uvdesk:refresh-mailbox email@domain.ext

to fetch email as ticket

i got this error

In RefreshMailboxCommand.php line 118:
Attempted to call function "imap_open" from namespace "Webkul\UVDesk\MailboxBundle\Console".

could anyone help me please? i'm in hurry

1. What version of UVdesk and PHP are you using?
2. How did you installed UVdesk (FTP, SSH Composer, Docker)?
