Unsolved Install bundles on docker

I would like to install bundles on the docker hosted version of uvdesk.
How is that possible?

What do you mean with install additional bundles?
I'm not familiar with Docker.

I mean installing these bundles aka extensions like https://github.com/uvdesk/api-bundle for example.

It gives this instructions but I don´t know where that goes when I am running uvdesk inside a docker container.
