      Upon inspecting, i see the "subject" but can't able to locate its source to modify it to another name, please help how it is done.

        Go to line 85 and change as desired on the highlighted one.

          @rbecera Hi, I'm happy you found a way to customize the label also if, edit core code will be lost once you will upgrade UVdesk.

          Currently I don't think there is a function in the UI that allow the field label customization 😊
