      @hoodad thank you for your question.
      You may need check if you set your domain correctly in configurations files located at uvdesk/config/packages/ folder.

      Files:

      • uvdesk.yaml

      check if you set correctly the site_url that should be like

      site_url: helpdesk.yourdomain.ext
      

      Should not have any http before as showed in the example.

      Be sure also to have cleared the cache.

        thank you for your response.
        ive been looking for this file for like ever.
        its just that i changed it in the container and when i tried again, nothing happened. the problem still persist. do i need to restart anything?

            @peopleinside i tried the command "php bin/console c:c

            " in the container but i got "Could not open input file: bin/console
            "
            i dont know whats wrong with it.

                      @hoodad I'm not a developer and I'm not part of the UVdesk team.
                      You will need wait a reply from the UVdesk staff.

                      Consider that the free support on the community can take time.
                      I'm here just as volunteer user, I help to keep the community ordered and I try to follow users and topic to help them to get an answer.. but maybe will be not fast.

                            I'm so sorry to see no one has updated this discussion.
                            I don't think a reply will be made any more as many days has been past.

                            The topic will still be opened but I flag it as resolved as no more updates from UVdesk staff has been posted even if was requested. I'm sorry about that.
