      I have done changes in uvdesk.yaml and php.ini https://forums.uvdesk.com/topic/1872/how-i-can-increase-attachment-size/2

        Working fine, previously My php.ini is not updated properly Thank you.

          @vasumadhavarapu have you tried to empty cache with the following command?

          php bin/console c:c
          

          After that if the command get success you can try again your upload.
          Be sure to run the command in the root of your UVdesk project from the same SSH user account of files permissions.
