Solved UVdesk delete permenetly emails and never notificate tickets

UVdesk need php mailparse for convert email into tickets.
When admin install UVdesk for the first time, the Wizard do a System Requirement check who will assure that php mailparse is present.
If after UVdesk is active and PHP on the server get updated or upgraded, the extension php mailparse can be no more present and need to be reinstalled but if, for some reason, this is forgotten by the admin the following scenario will happen:
- email that should open ticket will be deleted permanently and tickets will be not created
This will cause messages to be lost forever and admins and operators will never know about that issue, also there is no other indicators in the operator or admin Dashboard to check if UVdesk is working or not.
Without a system requirement check in the dashboard operators and admins will never know that something is wrong and ticket cannot be created by emails.
This is the reason for the following issue:
A question for you: how admins can do checks on the weeks about if system requirement still be satisfied and php mailparse still be present?
Maybe also a cronjob with an email alert that inform when something is broken is important and for sure something in the operator Dashboard who can allow to understand if something is wrong!
On the year 2021 I reported the strongest issue that tickets email are deleted permanently without any hope to be recovered.
but since 2021 this issue still be unresolved as also the impossibility to recover sent email, sent from the ticket system:
Another things I hope can be implemented is the possibility to lock a ticket:
Option to lock a ticket. Lock replies to a ticket. #354 but this is less urgent then the previous issues.

I am also unable to upgrade my server PHP to PHP 8.2 because UVdesk looks to be the only server app I have that never support PHP 8.2
this is my last report on GitHub.
No much report closed since I am reporting them, I hope strongest issue can be resolved in the future or I will really need to find an alternative to be able to:
- upgrade my server PHP
- avoid permanent email deletion that also never generate tickets, causing messages to be forever deleted without any recovery possibility and also are not notified to anyone.
I hope this post can explain, first of all how much I love UVdesk, also the UVdesk team is usually nice. Unfortunately the development of the Open Source was little slow. I believe maybe strong issues like the email permanently deleted, no alert in the operator Dashboard if some of requirement are no more present so can cause ticket and email loss, etc should be fixed more soon.
I hope to see some updates before the end of the year and to be able so to keep my PHP version updated (now I cannot update due to UVdesk support only for PHP 8,1) and also see some strong issue fixed.
Really need something in the Dashboard to avoid that ticket are not created and email erased forever if php mailparse is not present / active or is not working.
I hope to continue to use UVdesk if some important fix are made.

This issue exist since years so will be maybe not resolved soon.
