Check customer IP
if a ticket or also a customer is created from the web side of the ticket,
the admin have some registry with the customer IP?
The admin is the manager of the server and should have data to prevent abuse, for exampe a customer that change every time email address and still generate issues on the web side or just need to check if the customer ticket is the same of the account where user ask to be helped, etc.
If this feature to check ticket IP when the reply or the ticket is made by the web interface and customer IP at the moment of the registration, this should be added as feature.
