Strange customers without email

Sometimes I find customer that has no email address. How this get possible?

Currently the user interface doesn't me the time user has been created, their IP, if they login, activated his account by setting a password, etc.
What I can see is:
- user seems has been created from the web form that is captcha protected https://helpdesk.peopleinside.it/it/usr/create-ticket/
- user has no email address, how this is possible?
- user has no ticket opened ... so how has been created? Has been not created by me and I have no other operators or admins.
