Solved Check the email address with ticket has been created.

Workflow:
My Help Desk is managing 10 email addresses.
Customer send an email to one of this email so a ticket is generated.From the web interface, operator can understand to with email address the email has been sent?
I know if email is sent to privacy email will be maybe, assigned to privacy department if right actions rule has been created but, in ticket details should be visible, for ticket created by email, the A address used from the customer.https://github.com/uvdesk/community-skeleton/issues/313
