I am stuck on this error for UVDESK installation, please help![alt text]

Hi, welcome to the UVdesk forum and thank you for your question!
I'm sorry to see you are facing issues on the install process.
Have you tried to check your server error log and to Google the error to see if something useful to help you is found?
Forum note:
I did try with 8.2.12 / PHP 8.2.12, and I could not find the .dll file foo mail parse then I tried with 8.1.25 and it gave me the above error.
I did search for any type of help online but could not get anything I could use.

When you run wizard all checks are passed?
Unfortunately I'm not a developer and I'm not part of the UVdesk team.
I currently don't know why you get this error as you seems are using a good PHP version. I'm using PHP 8.3
PHP 8.1 still be supported but now receive only security fix and with time will end his support near to the next year.
I hope the UVdesk team can return back to reply on the forum soon but I have no ETA for that.

Thankyou for the feedback, yes all the checks passed when I run the wizard only when I proceed to install I get this error.
I am trying other versions to see if I can get this to work.

My UVdesk instance is already installed. It's hard install UVdesk for the first time, I tried sometime ago and I was no more able to do an installation.
We really need help of Developers in UVdesk team but they are not currently active on the forum, they should come back but I have no ETA for this.

Yes this happened after inserting the database details, and clicking on install.
You can see in my screen shot that I get the error in step 2 of installation.

Be please sure to not include any special character in the database password... this can cause issues to UVdesk but I don't think is this the cause of your error but just be sure to avoid special characters.
Special characters are very good in passwords but UVdesk doesn't manage they well.
