        Hi @alankrit , it seems the community has issue on domain and email configuration.
        The UVdesk team should know this issue, as I reported different weeks ago and they say that they was working on it

        I'm no more active on this forum I leave your message at the UVdesk team.
        The UVdesk team is responsible to give support to user.
