You will set realistic goals: All of us have, at some point or another, had unrealistic expectations of ourselves. "Oh, it's easy to shed 10 pounds. I can do it in a month." Sounds familiar? Like it or not, sometime we just overestimate our body's capacity to lose weight. We set goals that are too difficult and deadlines that are far too stretched.
