The Department of Labor is launching a new policy to address bullying in the workplace. The Bully Ousters policy was created to help address the issue of bullying in the workplace and it specifically prohibits employees from creating threats or intimidating behavior against individuals who are the targets of the bullying. According to the new policy, an employee engaged in conduct constituting bullying may be disciplined by a demotion, a fine, suspension, or termination.
