This goes up to even 164 for people in their mid-sixties and still considered normal. You are supposed to make relevant readings of charts by comparing it with average pressure quotient in a particular age. For instance, 75-85 diastolic is taken as polite. Same goes for 115-125 systolic. For old people, a pressure reading of 140-90 is believed normal.
