      Hello again
      When a customer attaches a file, this file can be downloaded by the agent and the customer
      But when the agent responds to the ticket and attaches a file, it is only possible for the admin to download it. if the customer attempts to download it, he will be redirect to the admin login page.

          What version of PHP and UVdesk are you using?

          If you think to found a bug you can report also on GitHub:

          In the bug can be useful info about version of UVdesk tested, php version.
          You can also try to see if you are able to reproduce on the demo: https://demo.uvdesk.com/
